Newport Center’s live, work and play Master Plan has reached a major milestone at 800 San Clemente Drive.

The foundation is complete, and the new luxury apartments are under construction at The Villas at Fashion Island. The new five-story building will add 184 luxury residences to the existing resort-style community, replacing an underutilized four-story parking garage.

The expansion will deliver premium apartment homes steps from shopping, offices and recreation areas, furthering the coastal enclave’s vision of seamless, walkable living. New residents will gain access to the community’s signature features, including private promenades, lush courtyards and elevated amenities.

The Villas expansion represents one part of Irvine Company’s planned reinvestment in Newport Center that includes improved pedestrian connections and enhanced landscape design as well as a new luxury housing community along 100–190 Newport Center Drive.
