Countless white butterflies are suspended in the soaring atrium above the escalators. Celebrate perfect purchases with farmed gold osetra caviar, mandarin orange souffle chicken salad, Black Angus cheeseburger or spicy bourbon-glazed salmon and shrimp. Contemplate future purchases at Bar on 3.

Bazille
Nordstrom’s Bazille offers contemporary takes on bistro favorites in a distinctive ochre-and-pale-yellow setting with a focal display kitchen. Jumbo lump crabmeat inspires the top-of-the-menu crab bisque, the crab-mango-avocado salad as well as the crab macaroni and cheese. Sessions West Coast Deli

The signature Summer Zephyr brings fresh mozzarella, marinated tomato and pickled onions. The Spicy Crispy Crunchy Chicken tops Chef Max’s Favorites. Salad? Thai Chop. New: five flatbreads, including the Pepperoni Pyre with pepperoni cups, mozzarella, hot honey and Korean red pepper flakes. Cold brews and intriguing beers draw, too.
